The Northfield Conservation Cooperative
Promoting Stewardship of the Natural
and Cultural Resources of Northfield, VT
In March 2007, a group of volunteers formed the Northfield
Conservation Cooperative to gather information about Northfield’s
natural and cultural resources, to organize educational and outdoor recreational
activities, and to explore the potential for forming a municipal Conservation
Commission.
We urge the Town of Northfield to endorse and support our
ongoing volunteer efforts by voting “YES” on Article 9 at the
Northfield Town Meeting: March 4, 2008, 10:00 AM, at the Mary Granai Corrigan
Auditorium at Northfield High School.
